Ordering a photo book
How do I order a photo book?
Ordering a photo book is quick and easy:
1. Select photo book: Choose the format and size you want. You can find our selection here.
2. Design your photo book: When you upload your images, our system automatically creates a beautiful book layout template – quick and easy! If you’re not happy with the layout, you can easily move the images around, add colours, insert text boxes and more, to make your photo book just the way you want it. It’s easy, flexible and completely up to you!
3. Preview: Save and preview to make sure everything is correct. If you want to change anything, click ‘Edit information’. When you are happy, click ‘Add to basket’.
4. Finalise your order: Accept the terms and conditions and click “Go To Checkout” to complete your order.
Once your order is complete, we’ll send you an order confirmation. We look forward to creating your beautiful photo book.
How do I upload photos from my phone?
Select the ‘Upload from mobile’ option and scan the QR code with your phone. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your images.
Can I edit the photo book if I select the suggested template?
Yes, you always have the option to customise and edit the photo book, whether you’ve used our suggestions or created it yourself from scratch.
Can I save my project and come back later to edit it?
Yes, once you have created a profile with us, you can save your project and return to edit it at a later time. However, please note, that we can only store inactive projects for up to 3 months. 14 days before your project is deleted, we will send you an email so you can update your project or extend its storage.
How much does a Pictino photo book cost?
There are no hidden costs with us. We have made pricing simple. Once you have chosen the size you want, the only time the price increases is if you add extra pages – Extra pages cost € 3 per 4 pages. For the large square book (29.7×29.7 cm) 4 extra pages cost € 4.
Don’t worry about paper type, quality and other extras. Our books are always high quality. The price is simple and transparent, so you can focus on the content.

What formats does Pictino offer
We offer six formats so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
– A5 landscape and A5 portrait
– A4 landscape and A4 portrait
– Square small (21×21)
– Square large (29.7×29.7)
To make it easy for you, we don’t offer different covers or paper qualities. Instead, we’ve chosen one durable, beautiful quality so you always get a beautiful photo book – without too many choices.
We want it to be easy to make a photo book without compromising on quality.
Delivery
What is the delivery time?
Our estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days. This includes the production time.
What are the delivery options?
When you order to a IE address on pictino.com, your package is delivered by An Post. The package is delivered directly to your delivery address.
Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes, you can choose a different delivery address and your order will be sent directly to the lucky recipient’s home.
Why is my order split into multiple shipments?
If you have ordered more than four books, we will split your order into multiple shipments. This is done to ensure your books arrive in perfect condition.
Payment and Vouchers
How do I enter a discount code?
If you want to use a gift voucher or discount code, enter it in the shopping basket as follows:
1. Go to your basket and click on “Add Discount Code” under the order summary.
2. Enter your discount code in the white field and click “Apply Code.”
Is an invoice included in the package?
All order information is sent exclusively to the email address provided during the ordering process. No physical invoice/receipt is sent with your order.
Claims
What should I do if there is an error in the photo book I received?
If you discover an error in your photo book, you are welcome to contact our customer service at info@pictino.com. We are always happy to find a good solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Since all products are unique and personally produced for each customer, orders cannot be returned. Likewise, an order cannot be canceled once production has started. Therefore, it is important that all information entered during ordering is checked carefully before completing the order.
My Profile
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password” on the login page. Enter your email address, and we will send you an email with further instructions on how to change your password.
If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact our customer service. We are always happy to help.
Can I make a photo book without creating a profile?
Yes, it is possible to order a photo book from us without creating a profile. However, you cannot save your project and return to it later. We recommend creating a profile so you can save your project and view previous projects.

Is Pictino environmentally friendly?
At Pictino, good memories go hand in hand with respect for the environment. That’s why our products are Nordic Swan Eco-Labelled and FSC certified. This means that we meet high environmental standards and guarantee that the paper comes from responsibly managed forests. Our website is carbon neutral, where CO2 emissions caused by the website are offset by investing in climate projects and green energy. In addition, every product is custom made, with no batch printing, resulting in minimal waste.
